1) 門市自取服務
服務簡介：
購任何產品均可選取門市自取服務 (免運費)；
訂單包裹到店時間：5-7個工作天 (視乎貨品倉存狀況)；
自取流程：訂單包裹到達所選分店後，客戶將收到電郵通知取件。請憑電郵到門店取貨。
注意事項：
a. 訂單取貨方式一經確認，將不可更改運送方式、或更換取貨門市。
b. Arte Party 會透過電郵發送 “取貨通知” 郵件，請在收到電郵後 7 天内到所選分店取貨。
c. 客戶於門市取貨時必須出示取貨電郵以作確認.
d. 如授權他人代取件，代取人必須提供電郵“取貨通知”截圖及客戶收件人電話號碼以作核對後，方可取貨。
2) 送貨方式 (適用於運送到香港的訂單)
所有送往香港的訂單，將由順豐速遞等郵遞方式付運，下列詳細的送貨方式、收費及所需時間及注意事項：

只接受香港境內的訂單及提供運送服務 (不包括海外、離島、禁區、酒店、集運倉及郵政信箱)。
3) 運送時間
當收到你的訂單後，Arte Party 網站會盡快處理包裝及付運，以確保你盡快收到產品，個別貨品送抵時間仍須視乎你所選的運送目的地及送貨方式。
請註意 所有列明的送貨時間均為預計運送時間，我們並不對貨品因運送延誤負責，例如聖誕節、農曆新年、復活節及其他長假期等。雖然 Arte Party 網站並不能完全保證運送時間不受延誤，但我們會揭盡所能，為你盡快處理及付運訂單。但是，在法律允許的範圍內，任何由於延遲運送而對您造成的任何損失、責任、成本、損害、收費或費用，我們不承擔任何責任。
Arte Party 網站所顯示的工作天為香港時間星期一至五，早上九時半至下午一時及下午二時至晚上六時，當中不包括在香港的公眾假期。星期一至五的訂單均會於下一工作天處理及付運；而星期六、日及公眾假期的訂單則會於緊接的工作天處理及付運。
首次購物的會員請注意，你的訂單付運時間可能較一般為長，此乃因為 Arte Party 網站為確保會員的最大利益，首次購物的訂單均需與銀行一再核實信用卡資料，方可付運，其間你可登入「我的帳戶」查看訂單處理進度。
4) 追蹤訂單
Arte Party 網站的所有客戶都能隨時追蹤自己的訂單。
請到「我的帳戶 購物記錄 快遞追蹤」按下相應訂單的快遞追蹤編號，追查訂單運送進度。

1) In-Store Pickup Service
Service Introduction
- Any product can be selected for in-store pickup service (free of shipping charges).
- Order package arrival time at the store 5-7 working days (depending on stock availability).
- Pickup process Once the order package arrives at the selected branch, the customer will receive an email notification to pick up the package. Please present the email at the store to collect your goods.
Notice
a. Once the order pickup method is confirmed, it cannot be changed to another delivery method or switched to another pickup store.
b. Arte Party will send a Pickup Notification email. Please collect your order at the selected branch within 7 days of receiving the email.
c. Customers must present the pickup email for confirmation when collecting their order at the store.
d. If authorizing someone else to collect the package on your behalf, the person must provide a screenshot of the email Pickup Notification and the customer's recipient phone number for verification before the goods can be collected.
2) Delivery Method (Applicable to orders shipped to Hong Kong)
All orders sent to Hong Kong will be delivered by couriers such as SF Express. Below are the detailed delivery methods, charges, required time, and notices

Delivery Location
Only orders within Hong Kong are accepted and provided with delivery service (excluding overseas, outlying islands, restricted areas, hotels, consolidation warehouses, and P.O. boxes).
3) Delivery Time
Upon receiving your order, the Arte Party website will process and ship the package as soon as possible to ensure you receive the product quickly. The arrival time of individual items still depends on your chosen destination and delivery method.
Please note All listed delivery times are estimated. We are not responsible for delays in delivery, such as during Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter, and other long holidays. Although the Arte Party website cannot fully guarantee that delivery times will be unaffected by delays, we will do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge or expense incurred by you as a result of any delay in delivery.
The working days displayed on the Arte Party website are Monday to Friday, from 930 AM to 100 PM and 200 PM to 600 PM Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Orders from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the next working day; orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.
For first-time shoppers, please note that the shipping time for your order may be longer than usual. This is because the Arte Party website needs to verify credit card information with the bank repeatedly to ensure the maximum benefit for members. During this time, you can log in to My Account to check the progress of your order.
4) Order Tracking
All customers of the Arte Party website can track their orders at any time.
Please go to My Account Shopping History Courier Tracking and click on the corresponding order's courier tracking number to check the progress of your order shipment.
